The return itself went through fine, but I was a bit confused by how long the pickup took?? I expected it to be quicker, so that part was kind of frustrating.

I ordered something from Daraz the other day while I was sitting around deciding whether I really needed it or not, and the delivery tracking was okay. It showed the usual steps like packed, shipped, and out for delivery, and most of the updates came on time. The only small issue was that one update was a bit late, so for a few hours I wasn’t really sure where my parcel was. Not a huge deal though, because it still arrived on the date they had shown. Overall, it was a good experience. I’d give it 4 stars...

My order from daraz came with the wrong item, and my brain went straight into conspiracy mode like, “Here we go, they’ll probably make me chase them forever and act like nothing happened.” I filed a complaint anyway, a bit worried at first. Support actually replied, checked the issue, and processed the refund. It did take a few days, so I was side-eyeing the whole process, but in the end they handled it properly. Not perfect at the start, but good experience overall.

I use the Daraz app often, it works fine most of the time. But there are days when the pages take a while to load, and the search results can feel a bit random, which gets annoying. The website on laptop also gives off a slightly messy vibe, like it could be organized better. Overall, it’s not bad at all, but it definitely needs a smoother and cleaner browsing experience.

I just paid on daraz with my debit card recently, this latest experience really made me feel more confident about online payments there. The OTP came almost instantly, the amount was deducted only once, and within a few seconds the order showed as paid. I was a bit nervous because online payments can sometimes get stuck, but this time everything worked perfectly. I also got the confirmation SMS and app notification right away. Based on this recent order, I’d happily give it 5 stars.

I ordered from daraz the product was pretty much exactly like the description. The size, color, and material matched what was written on the page, and the photos looked the same as the real item too. The rider kept calling again and again and sounded angry, which made me feel uncomfortable even though I was just waiting for my parcel. daraz should really guide their delivery staff to speak more politely with customers.

Luckily, the product inside was okay, but daraz.pk should pack items much better than this. Not very happy with the experience.

The discounts were super easy to apply, and the voucher worked every single time I used it. I always get a bit suspicious with promo codes because half the time they act like they’re valid until checkout, which is annoying. Kind of like when you think you’ve found a good parking spot and then notice it’s permit-only. But yeah, this one was straightforward and actually did what it was supposed to do.
